My Expertise

I help busy professionals and parents eat better, work out smarter and stress less, without counting calories, spending hours in the kitchen or gym, or sacrificing time with family.

If you’re sick of falling off the wagon of ‘all or nothing’ diets and you’d like to lose weight and boost your energy for good, then you’re in the right place.  I’ll be with you every step of the way for accountability and support as we create an all-inclusive plan for diet, exercise, sleep and self-care together to fit in with the demands of your busy life. 

I have over a decade’s experience as a dietitian, wellness coach and nutrition expert at some of the biggest companies at the forefront of corporate wellness including Pitney Bowes and Bloomberg. My clients are business executives, sales/marketing rockstars, software engineers, financial analysts, consultants, entrepreneurs, lawyers, product developers, and busy parents. I love seeing my clients go from feeling run down, overweight and taking care of everyone else before themselves, to feeling energized, less stressed, happier and healthier than ever.

I also share my passion for health and wellness via speaking, media appearances and brand partnerships. You might have caught me on Fox News or MSNBC or being quoted in Shape, Fitness, Health, NY Post, Eating Well, Men’s Journal, Yahoo.com, and Eat This Not That.com.  I have also been a brand spokesperson for companies like Unilever and Danone.

Even though I am an expert, I know how tough it can be to stick to your goals.

Tired, Stuck & Worn-Out.

 

It’s so easy to feel overwhelmed. I was like you. Feeling like there weren’t enough hours in the day to make the time I wanted for myself. I was working full time as a corporate wellness coach, working on a side business, doing media appearances, teaching group fitness & Pilates classes, and chasing around after my highly active toddler and baby, all while trying to be a good mom, wife, daughter and friend. 

And, dinners most nights consisted of eating my kids leftovers at 9pm.

I just didn’t have the time or energy to get to the gym for an hour every day or cook complex meals from scratch. 

Then it hit me.

I realized that my clients were struggling with many of the same things. 

But somewhere along the path, a breakthrough happened. Everything changed once I realized how to simplify my routine so these healthy habits could EASILY be implemented into my already crazy schedule. I set the goals, created a plan that worked for me, and took action.

My personal experience, in addition to working with thousands of working professionals and busy parents over the years, helped shape my weight loss and wellness philosophy:
